Spanish courses for kids and teens

Why is it important to learn a second language, especially at a young age?

kids courses

Children (ages 4-6 & 7-10)

This program is designed to meet the creative needs of children from both Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking backgrounds while they learn the language. Games, songs, multimedia, and arts & crafts will encourage children to develop their communication skills. The multicultural course will include materials from Spain and Latin America.

Teens

Teenagers (ages 11-13 & 14-17)

This program is specifically designed to meet the needs of teenage students while they learn Spanish. The topics and course materials used throughout the program have been included to help students learn the language in context and with their interests in mind. The use of on-line activities and of our state-of-the-art library will allow students to enjoy themselves while practicing the language. The multi-cultural course will include materials from Spain and Latin America.

Children and teenagers who are not complete beginners must take a placement exam.
